She has been the victim of a long-term violation of the TOU that continues to the present day That is, of course, not correct. If I were violating the TOU, I would be suspended. You can be quite sure that Jeff has been kept abreast of this situation, and in fact he has been quite clear to me that if I do step over the TOU line he will have no hesitancy in suspending me. And so he should. My postings simply do not violate the TOU, and it is inaccurate and dishonest of you to say that they do.
