I told you how I would do it if I were in your situation. It's the way my and my partner's toorabout has worked, except there was no apology, and I suggested that an apology would be appropriate. We have stayed out of each other's space. No obsessions were involved! It's a big world, lotsa topics, lotsa people to post to and about, a fast-moving stream. It would have been unrealistic only if you insisted on posting to her or about her directly or indirectly, on SI or in IHub. I dare say after your self-abuse of today Poet would be hard to reassure and convince in any case. I would be. Poet does not want any "healing" of a "relationship" you are under the illusion exists between you two. There is none. She simply wants you to... get this... leave her alone. Don't talk to her. Don't talk about her. Don't engage her in any way. Don't get near her. Simple.
