Enron's just the beginning. More memos coming out almost daily. Think they were talking about Reliant yesterday on the tube. I'd really like to see some conspiracy charges thrown in here, too (Rico Act?). That's a lot harder to prove, tho, and no investigation of big oil ever showed up anything overt, so I guess that won't happen. I hope all these companies are forced to return their XS profits, and get fined for triple damages, too. I don't expect it will trickle down to the consumer, but the state had to put out big bucks to keep our lights on. Rat
