I am in the camp where we will get a recession. Suspect with a good old fashion recession PCL's dividend will decrease and the stock should trade in the area of $20. If we get serious economic problems and the dividends go away I think the assets are worth something. When and if I take an initial position will plan to average down to $10 a share.

I would rather buy companies with high dividends that own assets that are required for human survival. Energy (oil, gas, etc.), food, etc.
