Reiterates Strong Buy rating and $35 price target. 07:18 ET Intel upgraded at Robbie (INTC) 28.52: Robertson Stephens upgrades to BUY from Mkt Perform based on expectations of seasonally-improved PC demand in the back half of the year and better avg selling prices; recent checks indicate that INTC appears to be foregoing a desktop Pentium 4 price cut in Q3 (first since 1995-1996 cycle), and the co also appears to be nailing the 0.13 micron process transition that is accelerating speed introductions while reducing costs.
