Over the numbers of years I can only see growing internal & external debt of US (once in a while there will be short lived and fraction of the percentage payment toward the debt). As for the collection hmm..., should I post the number of countries where American treasury backed up the loans to later write them off? The list will be too long if start talking US banks as well.
