I will explain it again in simpler terms. Pratt initially refused to resign. Current management asked if they could use my shares as a part of a majority vote to show pratt the door. That and subsequent pressure forced his resignation. Your cry about insider information and rumor mongering makes no sense to me. Either report your charges of insider gossip to the to the SEC or or stop your idle charges.

I do not agree with Norm's tactics against you but he is a pretty astute financial analyst. While you find contradictory statements in the 10k Norm is merely saying that the financial statements are crystal clear. The auditor has audited them and Galtech has accomplished $91,375 worth of r&d in the 4th qarter of 2001. Galtech has collected $6,000 a month since August of 01 and they are showing progress. There may be ambiguities in the written portion of the 10k as you so loudly point out but the financial reports are straight forward and audited. All the crying about what may have happened in 1996 is not going to change that the current finacial statements clearly show the r&d expenditure. The finacial statements are audited as the written portion is not.
