I am reposting this: IDPH appears to be down on what are apparently false rumors that they have DE filed their 10q. It does NOT appear to be true. They filed it, not de-filed it....bot at 41.80.

Last I heard they were finding that larger regimens are even better. Bought Merq at 38. If I'm not going to learn anything from this board, there's no point being here.

Thanks Eugene for any thoughts you have on wcom... I put an offer in tonight for a little, lets see if I get it tomorrow- a gamble I know. There is some kind of issue with debt covenants, the scenario I believe is, if the SEC inquiry requires additional write-downs they will be in violation of the covenant and the debt MAY (emphasize MAY) be called early. Given the state of the telecom industry I really can't see the SEC "throwing the book" at wcom. There isn't any blatant fraud from anything I've read. I can't believe I'm working in this of all weeks in the mkt. Finally some decent news. I've been off forever (since my b2b startup collapsed) so I guess the fact I found something to do with myself (in technology) is a bit of anecdotal evidence right there. Lizzie
