Federal Government out of money by MAY 16, round eyed dummies still spending their heads off.

Be afraid, be very afraid. We have a spend-o-holic society. No one can put anything away for a rainy day.

We have an out of control country when it comes to money - as long as good times roll - no problem man. But when the shit hits the fan - no one, including your government is prepared. We are spending the whole wad now, no planning for tommorrow.

It is all going to end very, very bad!

A cost cutting move that will lower expenses, hence lower PE's. They can always hire back.
