Freedom, Could I run MSU? Hell no! I had a taste of lower management at TXN, considered myself a terrible manager of people, although quite visionary. Politics killed me also. The combination of deception, mis-direction and plagiarizing others work to enhance certain inner circles was too much. I asked to be an individual contributor in a small group assigned to attack yields at all levels. Design, Process, Test, and flows. We were called Process Development. Exciting, but dual reporting to the Design manager and Fab manager was tough. The design manager paid me. The Fab manager was one of the brightest managers I worked for although I tended to see things from a design perspective rather than processing. Difference being a perfect design versus cranking out dies. K.R. now has worldwide "Make" function. IMO of MSU. Incredibly understaffed to effectively stay abreast of designs. As for the home appliance controls they have an ability to strike early here. I've been WAITING! T.V. internet...... Loser!!! T.V. is entertainment. It's where I go after the net has worn me out. I'm big on this home appliance control. It was last May I was there. I thought they lost the vision. They just may arise from the ashes!! Betting on it. Larry

Freedom, Running a company. I can and do that. MBConstruction INC. My wife and I build full custom homes here in Fairplay, Co., about 30 minutes from Breckinridge. 5 years now. It took 3 to get into the black and we didn't need to suck on the public to do it. Long hours and pure quality. She crunches the take offs. I spend most hours in the market. We make money here also. Let me know if you want a home here in the mountains. Expect equity doubles every 4 years. This area is HOT!!! Larry
