Kastel. 2 good points. And well taken.

And........

<Too many folks confuse 'recovery' with a return to the gogo years of the 90's>

Bingo!!

That's the <Fatal Attraction> for the majority of investors out there, IMHO. You see it in the markets they continue to dive back into the fallen angels of the old bubble no matter how many times they get hammered. Just amazing.<lol>

Slider and I along with a few others have been pounding the table for a long time about this. The bubble is history and she ain't comin' back.

OTOH, I've caught a fair amount of flak for months because I've also rejected the double dip forecast. FWIW, my thesis for months (per posts) has been a sub-par economic recovery, accompanied by a trading range in the market. To borrow an old cliche, it's an uninspiring "Just muddle through" scenario. And it's the severe structural problems the bears focus on that are the anchor that prevents even an average let alone a vigorous economy from developing. And point to a much more serious recession further down the road.

Well lunch is getting cold.<g> Be back later.

Cheers,

Iso
