One other thing I watch is ECRI, which has yet to show signs of a double-dip. They gave a (relatively) early warning on the economy in September 2000.

yea, I understand Iso. No probs. it does look like there is a broad rally on the DOW/NAZ right now. If it keeps up POG will suffer. Might have to lower my bid on ELD<g>

Strange lease rates keep rising.....
