From where you are thinking you are right but if you have reduced the tax rate and are not seeing an increase in taxes collected it rather like saying you are providing more liquid but that liquid is doing little more than evaporating into the air. The public's tax funds are not providing the cash base the government needs. Government expenditures are rising due to terrorism. The solution of raising the debt ceiling is showing us that our economy is heading in the same direction as Japans.
