That is USU that is being discussed.

Now of course it may not work out that way. But USU is the biggest processor of uranium fuel for nuclear reactors in the world, and it already has a contract with Russia for turning warheads into fuel. The new treaty calls for eliminating thousands of additional warheads.

Much of what USU produces goes to reactors outside the US, so current antinuke sentiment in the US is not as much of a limitation as it might seem.

Of course, all this may make a good story rather than a reality.

But the reality is that USU pays a very good dividend right now.
