Miles: I agree. Don't get overly caught up in the indexes unless you're trading them. Short the charts that appear shortable, buy the charts that appear buyable. Sure we're in a bear...but not all stocks go down in a bear and many go up.

some of the charts tonite have the stochastics i've mentioned that can be altered to trend indicators/rsi filters, if anyone is interested. i've included the macd in the indicator frames for easy comparisons. the spx and a couple after do for sure as that was the one i mentioned in sunday's update. play with your settings, thats why they give them to you :), also look for patterns, they are as valid on an indicator as they are on price. this was demonstrated sunday as well on the bank index
