Ed Just one more question is Susan Winkler related to Mike Jacobs by blood or marriage? I think that if the truth were known that is the only influence that she has had on Pyng. I have never seen her name on any of the press releases or executive notes that would indicate that she has absolutely nothing to do with the day to day operations of Pyng. She has a family affiliation bet on it. She maybe married to Terrence Turner who is also getting stock options for nothing he also has a family tie in I'll bet. The options burn a hole in his pocket he has fewer shares than I do if you subtract the latest options granted to him. That really gives me confidence when a director that is given stock options for nothing does not think enough of Pyng's future to keep the options for potential appreciation.

Ed: Canadian Custom Profiles ceased operations in May 2001 according to the Annual Report. Susan Winkler received Incentive Options in Nov 2001. Susan is not officially as at today a Director of PYT??? (The Proxy form and vote set the Directors at 4 but the supplement docs appears to leave the door open for the Directors to appoint another Director (to 5) this fiscal year.) I have not been informed of the new appointment. No wonder I'm confused. Thanks for your help. Stang
