Question No. 1: How can U.S. corporate taxes be considered excessive if we're in the middle of the pack?

Question No. 2: If Big Business does not pay its fair share, then who makes up for the tax shortfall?

Re: "Businesses can only expand or contract. It's what they do. It's ALL they do." Duh. Sounds to me like the companies planning to move offshore are doing so as part of an end-game strategy to (a) close the company; (b) enrich the fat cats at the top with huge bonuses before doing so.
