Ok, everyone agrees that companies move their headquarters off shore for lower corporate taxes. Now you assert the the saved revenue all goes to the fatcats. Ok. Don't the fatcats pay taxes on that?

What about Boeing moving to Chicago to save money? They still have plants in Washington but the profits are funneled through Illinois.
