I am a corporate tax lawyer and the New York Times does not tell the whole story. Why are you liberals in such a frenzy about corporations leaving the US if you are so damned sure that our coporate tax does not put these companies at a competitive disadvantage? Do you have any idea what it costs to move a corporate H'Q?
