The isra-Elis and Palestinians should and establish clear borders and rules. It would not hurt to have the Arab world agree in writing with consequences for failure to abide by the agreements. If the Palestinians continue their campaign of terror on Isra-El the Isra-Elis would be within their rights to pound the heck out of the Palestinians and anyone who aids them in their terror against Isra-El. As it stands now, with the occupation of the West Bank and Gaza, Isra-El is open to legitimate criticism.
