Sorry PCSTEL, I didn't intend to misrepresent what you said. What you wrote is what I meant - they shouldn't put stuff in the pro-forma unless it's consistent. So they put one company in but leave one investment out [the bad one is left out, the good one put in].

The company has been managing profits all along, trying to keep a growing bottom line, but putting as much as they feel is okay into research and development and supporting companies which will support CDMA [or cyberspace].

They never got into the debt syndrome, which has sunken so many companies. They always maintained profits other than in the early years [albeit proforma].
