I've been mowing and not smoking the grass. ENE shifted power from state to state to get a better return. You've posted that enough times. Boeing moved to Illinois to get a better return. The plant and families who work there still rely on Washington to supply their needs.

BTW you keep harping about ENE not paying taxes from '96-00. Who was president then?
