Dwayne that 30 million could be EDIS's salvation.

Let's assume they get the entire 30 million. That would be .19 cents a share less expenses. Say the expenses are 50%, now we have .085 profits for let's say one year. Comes close to the current stock price. WOW, I think I will double up tomorrow. LOL

Yep, .085 IF it passes without amendment and IF it makes it through Appropriations... in addition to IF EDIS were to get all of it. Thanks for the grins Jim. Thanks for the info Dwayne.
