Just posted Nasdaq with 13 week High Low Line on Hal1
under files.
Note the 1,2,3 points on this chart.
It shows that a good follow "up Move" is needed on
May 15, 2002 to really confirm what Hal is expecting.

Key = Up Move on May 15, 2002. IMHO

Put/call at around 0.57 at the close. If someone put a gun at my head and gave me a choice of going long here on the COMP or getting a bullet in my head, I'd probably take my chances with the bullet.
