Equity p/c is .424, Equity + Index p/c is .52 from CBOE at today's close.

Both are right, but when you take the CBOE number, go deeper and calculate the ratio only for equities, not the total P/C ratio (for both equities and indices), you'll find then that Astrikos and CBOE are pretty close and under the ominous .5.
