of course that is key -- but as far as the economy goes -- these sales compress into a short time frame sales that would otherwise be spread over a longer time period -- it means that demand will crater at some point. I guess for policy makers -- the chimera is an acceleration in capital spending.

All I see for capital spending is a bounce from depressed levels -- when it goes back down in the fall or end of the year -- the market will crash or we'll get hyperinflation from all the fiscal stimulus and then crash ...
