LU...only a trade

I just wanted to know degree of risk of betting on LU existance as ongoing company vs continued splitup of assets to pay off debt.

I was thinking taking the pennies offered and $5 cash maintenance requirement with short Puts at $5. JUN short call are offering at $0.45 or $0.20 time premium. As long as they don't get removed from S&P or go bust, they will always be a $5 PUT strike out there to play month to month and take $0.2 or 4% per 4-5 weeks that money tied up.
This market is so polluted it is safer to look for the next WCOM and hitch a ride like a hobo on a train leading to corporate death then think about stocks that may appreciate in value and play it long in some fashion.
