Of course, as a holder of USU I look for all the best spins to put on the news. So it seems to me that among other things it might be a play on the declining dollar, if what counts is reducing their processing costs. I guess it depends, too, on what kind of contracts they have to buy the weapons grade uranium; if they have nailed down supplies at a fixed dollar price for several years, that, too, would be in their favor if the dollar declined. But if the prices can be set year by year, the effect would be neutral.

Anyway--so far so good with USU.
