Bears are too active tonight to please me. I don't expect I will pull the trigger on any more than another 1/4 tomorrow. Some surprise awaits us, and at this point, I expect it to push higher than we think. I'll be happy to be wrong (save for WCOM -g). If all this down is really a B wave in tech, then it's unreadable and you must ignore the wiggles. In the big picture in non-tech it's simple -- is there another down to go with that tight, persistent down we had into last week -- a brother.
