Osprey Energy Ltd (2) - News Release Osprey completes financing and grants options Osprey Energy Ltd (2) OEL Shares issued 10,908,621 May 14 2002 close $.480 Tuesday May 14 2002 News Release Mr. Bernard Robichaux reports Osprey Energy's non-brokered private placement for up to three million units at 40 cents per unit has been oversubscribed by 300,000 units. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable at 60 cents for a two-year period until March 27, 2004. Proceeds will be used as working capital and to accelerate the continuing remedial work program on the company's oil and gas properties in Louisiana. Osprey has granted 300,000 incentive stock options priced at 55 cents until Feb. 1, 2004, to directors, consultants and employees of the company. Paramount trust POU and SUI - I find this one very complicated but probably some great opportunities.. POU will spin off $50m in properties to a trust, the trust will be given to shareholders and rights issued. The rights will probably get you another trust share for $2.50. You will get approx $1.00 a year from long life hi quality 100% Nat Gas properties(all ex paramount)in the trust. Worth $8.00+ - 2.50(cost) =value $5.50. You also have a share of Paramount(Plus Summit)for around $10. (15.50(for share-5.50 for the trust) Is this a good deal?, maybe buy the rights, short the trust.. who knows.. Any comments????
