While he is a bit flippant at times, and plays the "evil central bankers" theme hard -g-, I like what he says. The information overload is absolutely true of course.

I may cough up the $50 and buy a years subscription.

you just addressed your own suspicions. demand doesn't have to come with blistering growth. it could come from scared japanese moving their savings into gold. it could be americans fleeing the dollar for hard assets, scared of inflation.
