Like raffling off photos of himself at $150 a pop talking to Cheney while on AF 1 during 9/11. I would say that's pretty classy and restrained....oh, and professional, too.

I think it is a great looking photograph. Certainly, it is totally appropriate and the suggestion that it isn't from the same people who supported Clinton sleezy campaign financing tactics is nothing short of absurd.

How is raffling off a photo from a tragic event any classier then letting someone sleep in the Lincoln bed for a fee? Seems to me they both are in bad taste.

But what does that matter.......so you think that the Cubans duped him and they are manufacturing Anthrax and the like? The Bush admin. says yes but American intelligence says no.

It doesn't matter. I just think that Carter's gullibility was bad enough while he was in office -- but 25 years later he still looks like a fool.

Carter is neither stupid nor gullible.....he just would rather see the best in people whereas the rest of us choose to see the worst. Its easier to be suspicious, that way you don't get hurt and disappointed as much. It looks to me like he has the harder road to travel.
