Q: Can your model work forever?

A: Of course. Truth is never out of date. There's only two things that can change the value
of a stock -- supply and demand, the only thing I teach.

I partially agree with that answer. Yes there is

(1) Supply
(2) Demand

but also

(3) Bozos who jigger with the fiat money supply and screw with the financial systems trying to control the economy.

and

(4) Crooks.

People are insane. When looking at consumer spending, do they not also look at climbing debt levels? When looking at stocks "coming back", do they not look at the current valuations -- CSCO, NVLS, AMAT, etc. -- look at PEs over 100!!!!

The market is simply ONE event from meltdown. The rush to get out, once the writing is finally on the wall, will be enormous. I think there is no avoiding it anymore.

I remain,

SOROS
