Tom, I think that President Bush should have reduced the nuclear weapons stockpile by about one or two, during the week after Sept. 11. Here is a lovely quote from the guy who turned down the Israeli offer for half of Jerusalem, less than 2 years ago. No doubt the press will fawn all over him for his brave leadership.
