I'm surprised they didn't have CT's Atty Gen, Mr. Blumenthal, on. He jes luuuuuuuuvs seeing his puss on the tube. I think he's vying against Cramer for most CNBC appearances.

10:05 ET CEFT Concord EFS follow-up: Wal-Mart to buy bank (32.65 -1.48) -- Update -- More information regarding our 9:50 comment... the New York Times reported this morning that WMT is seeking regulatory approval to buy a small California bank, hoping that a banking license will lower its processing costs for certain transactions; co says the planned purchase is largely motivated by its frustration with the high cost of processing its customers' debit card purchases (which is a service that CEFT provides to WMT).
