How exactly is Stanley "denouncing" America? Tax avoidance is as American as apple pie. Moreover, its perfectly legal and ethical.....

You are missing something. I said that Nestle is a tax haven company, so will be Stanley. That is the comparison. You still haven't addressed my question as to why companies would leave the US if our corporate tax rate is just at an average level. Hint, US Cos. compete with Nestle and others.
