It's very simple. US tax code taxes profits made in operations in foreign countries. So by incorporating in a foreign country one eliminates taxes of profits made outside the US. Locally, I think Stanley tools would save 30 milliion in taxes by incorporating out side the US and 67% of the shareholders did the Patriotic thing and voted DOIT. Communists, nazis, child molesters and vacant liberal minded lefty loons seem to be against this, go figure tom watson tosiwmee
