The stock is halted. The $3.20 is a pre-market trade from I read.

The assets are there, Jim. As long as the issue of the undisclosed ADLAC guarantee of the OBS loan is the only issue, it's free money. However, is scary to most investors right now as they don't know what to expect. Sell first, ask later is the MO.
Of course, it doesn't not appear that many are agreeing with me yet.
