while GMs are up, operating margins are down. this is a very volatile stock so i'm sure there's opportunity for the nimble in both directions. but i don't think it has bottomed valuationwise. the price to sales ratio NTAP would trade at if it hit 30 would be surprising to me (for the market to permit at this stage).

i reestablished a half-sized short position this morning around 16.06 after covering in the premarket in the 15.80s. i was hoping for more of a rally in sympathy with the NDX before adding to my position. i'd like to see an attempt to rally up toward 18 or so. with the COMPX and NDX both up over 2% and NTAP down 13%, however, i am afraid i may not get my chance. good luck trading.
