No confrontation was necessary. He did nothing to her, and if she were frightened of him, one would supposed that she would stop posting there shortly after he appeared. I have discussed all of this already. Christopher posted on DAR long before Poet joined SI, by the way........

By the way, my wife was stalked and harassed, literally, in real space, for awhile. It was her ex- husband (she got married as a teenager, and divorced in her early 20s). I protected her, of course, but I also consented to speak to him from time to time, and ultimately I convinced him that his behavior was futile and counter- productive. Nowadays, it is not unusual for us to have dinner with him when he is in the area. Thus, in my experience, this all seems trivial (although I cannot know for sure what went on by PM), and conflicts are resolvable, if not always, at least sometimes, through efforts like mine.........
