Here's what was offered CH in terms of a notoorabout. He twice refused it. We consider that this much is absolutely necessary.

He could not not post to Poet or make comments about her or her posts in his posts.
That does not mean he cannot comment on the subject being discussed by Poet in his own posts. His comments in such a situation should be substantive and not personal.
He could not comment on points she raises or arguments she makes.
They stay strictly away from each other and each other's posts, and that includes direct and indirect answers.
IHUB would be included in the notoorabout. This is because problems on IHUB would inevitably spill over onto SMBR.
These points would apply equally to Poet.

As I said, he adamantly refused to agree to these conditions. There is no way in hell I will ever let him on without prior agreement to all of the points above. Period.

Since then Poet has been given a veto over his entry and would probably exercise it. In addition, his behaviour has led to such mistrust of him that the offer has been rescinded and it will be a long time before it is offered again. If ever.
