Do they have an obligation to be taxed out of business? Taxes increase, have to raise prices to stay in business, customers leave, profits fall, stock prices drop, cut staff, strike, chapter 11. Great scenario, right?

letters of incorporation mean very little. So all companies should evaluate what makes the most sense. It is only companies that earn large amounts of money out side the US that would have any real reason to consider it.

That's not patriotic, just good business sense. You still seem unable to tell us all what lie you accuse me of telling. Oh your nose is already six inches long, I understand. Damn it must hurt when you walk into brick walls.

Wrong again.

The responsibility of a corporaiton is to its shareholders...not union pukes who are out of touch with reality.

So ironic to hear you preaching about "ethics" after defending former President Scumbag's criminal antics for the past eight years....
