Assuming you have IE, click TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS and the GENERAL tab. Under TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES click SETTINGS and be sure EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE is checked.

If problems persist, post on the Computer Learning thread.
