You maybe right but if you have time to waste read some books about Coba. Joseph Dzhugashvili had a number of different names throughout his life. Stalin was, of course, the more famous one. He was Coba right before communists got a country to rule. So his time as Coba should be compared to Arafat and Arafat may win over Coba.

BTW Coba changed his name to Stalin because of the Coba's reputation as a "garden variety brutal thug" rather than revolutionary.

Arafat would probably never manage to kill 20 million people, true. But do you think Arafat is above using nuclear devices in US if it would help his cause? If he is not above that then him not killing 20 million would be more because of inability rather than intentions
