I don't remember what my formulation stated. It was off the top of my head and I remember CH endorsing it...several times now. Now with escalation and a vacant Poet, I see several issues hopelessly entangled. I don't see what purpose either proposal serves but would be happy to see some movement in a positive direction.

At this point CH is posting to the usual suspects right here anyway.
