IPO then fell like rock then based for nearly year, and now it's moving higher in a fast way. What has change to cause the change in action in the stock? not much vol on it.

Just 7 people work at this place. Is that right?
How can you move one million rounds from the drum or storage to the chamber without jamming?
They had trouble with the present day Gatling guns and they only fire way way less.
