Hi Liam,

Turtletraders.com ( turtletrader.com ) has free futures contract data in zip files. This data set is for the gold contract going back to 1969. It's not continuous (I think) so some editing may still be necessary. I should be able to import it into AmiBroker, my charting program of choice, however I started with just trying to import a single contract and am having some format problems, so I need to solve that first. I think it has to do with the "0" entries in some open interest fields early in the contract life so I may try importing without the OI first to see how it works. Then I'll try merging the files and if I can put them together I should be able to re zip it and export it to anyone who might want it.

Thanks again for the inspiration.
