Candente acquires Linear property from KriASK Tue 21 May 2002 Property Agreement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option to purchase and royalty agreement dated April 9, 2002, between Kevin Keats, Allan Keats and Peter Dimmell (carrying on business as the KriASK Syndicate), and the company, whereby the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the Linear property located in the Botwood basin of central Newfoundland. Consideration is $171,000, the issuance of 300,000 common shares and $1-million in exploration expenditures over the next five years. The property is subject to a 2.5-per-cent net smelter return, which may be reduced to 0.5 per cent with the company making certain payments.
