Mencken Now my question is this: Isn't the real purpose of this war on terror to reassign the wealth of the terrorized American citizenry into the coffers of the military-industrial complex that will continue to terrorize a gullible public as long as it can get away with it? And isn't this basically the same scam that Wall Street concocted with their specific narrow asset class investing that you alluded to in your post (The real problem is that the US investor just did not have sufficient investment vehicles available to them other than the US equity market.) such now we are being told to pony up for a police state security apparatus that will further impoverish and enslave us to a manipulative and deceptive elite?
