"I have stated about 4 times that it was the system that is the problem"

That is fine. I will take your word that your response is connected to judging the system.

But you had said this repeatedly...

"Can you accept that I consider your statement that employees are less productive, means (to you) that they are less productive??"

Your response was:

I still say they are less productive.

Now you say that "I have stated about 4 times that it was the system that is the problem"

So, you have said it is the system (this is the first time, right??). But before that you had always said it was the employee (the above bolded quote reads, right?).

I have read all your posts. Almost all of them stated that public employees were unproductive. Your last post claims that the system is the problem. I respect that. The system is a better explanation than your last remark.

Do you think it might be possible for you to say that the system is the problem, if that is what you believe, rather than that the employee is the problem? Do you understand that there is a difference between telling a child that their dad works for an unproductive private business or an unproductive arm of the "system", than telling him that his dad is an unproductive person?

There are people of unproductive work habits and dubious character. There are people who are unproductive employees. There are people who sleep past the lunch hour, and stagger to their desk late. There are people who exhibit poor character and slovenly work habits--sometimes compounded by drug use, and so forth. So perhaps, if you are not meaning to refer to these people when you refer to "unproductive" employees--you could adopt a more accurate manner of speech. Why should all public sector employees be labeled with your disrespectful label? Are all firemen unproductive? Are all public defenders?

Frankly, I am getting tired of pointing out the obvious to you. It ought to be a simple matter of common coutesy for you to keep your criticisms specific and not to stereotype whole sectors of people with unkind and untrue labels.
